Once he was my birthday gift for a child aged 4 to Wal-Mart. I looked in the toy section, and (the other side of the island as I found myself on the other side to keep mine), a young mother who tries to the child (for approximately 2 / 3 and / or spirit). She did not pull their pants down and right there beating the bare buttocks with a shot of his hand in public. What would parents do that in public? I personally believe in spanking, but spanking ass naked in public?
